What We Offer
Training is conducted at our headquarters in Greater Toronto Area, or other location that is agreed upon. The initial training is in addition to the on-site opening assistance that will be provided as part of beginning operations. As a new franchisee, we want to facilitate the procuring of a qualified and trained staff. Well-trained employees are essential to success, by providing extensive training in the field and office we will equip you with the knowledge on how to train and retain your employees.
Our Franchise Owners enjoy extensive localized marketing efforts. Each eyebrow threading and eyelash extension business will receive a website nested within our nationwide site along with digital marketing services that drive traffic and clients to your location. Other marketing efforts include proven sales strategies and promotions that extend to our Franchise locations.
We will provide onsite assistance during the pre-opening stages along with continued support and training after you are open. There are training opportunities at our Corporate Headquarters as well, with each location choosing what works best for them. We are with you every step.
Gorgeous provides a conceptual construction plan for each location to be used by the franchisee; you may choose from a list of preferred contractors provided they comply with the accreditation standards. Gorgeous brows and lashes Franchise has selected Construction Analysts to assist the franchisee as the construction project manager for a reasonable fee. The construction project manager will assist with building requirements The construction project manager also participates in a pre-construction meeting, a construction-in-progress review, and a final punch list for each new Gorgeous brows and lashes project.
